Tangles Day Spa

I asked for high light and specifically asked for blonde highlights. I wanted dimensions. I asked the hairdresser several times I definitely want blonde shaping my face and my bangs so that it is blonde, and not dirty blonde. And that I wanted it to be obvious, but I wanted it to blend in. She was very nice but I did not get what I asked for. My hair did not look any different when I left then I did when I came in. I did spend 2 hours there. I paid 167.00. I left a tip and I bought products. I was hoping it was The lighting at the salon, and not that my hair was not highlighted. When I got home, it was obvious that my hair looked the same as it did prior to appointment. I called And left a message that I would like to get my hair fixed. The lady on the phone, was very rude! I have wavered back-and-forth on writing this review, but when it comes down to it, I received an absolutely terrible haircut from the new stylist, and the owner/manager could not be bothered to follow up with me, even though I was an established client of the stylist who left. The manager of this salon clearly cannot provide the level of mentoring new stylists require, nor is she interested in maintaining the business of clientele when stylists leave.

Mackenzie did my hair for my senior prom and she absolutely killed it!! It was absolutely gorgeous and I received many compliments! Highly recommend!!

I had to pay 200.00 dollar to another salon to fix my hair after it was darkened instead of highlighted. The whole experience cost me $400.00. I have damaged hair and spent an additional 100.00 on hair products to strengthen and reconstruct my hair. I was really disappointed. My first experience at Tangle was amazing. My last experience was awful.

This was my first time at Tangles after my sister raved about this place, and she was right: truly the best hair salon I've ever been to. Kayla helped liven up my hair and gave me the perfect cut for my face while still maintaining the length I wanted to keep. She was so kind and warm; already can't wait to book with her again!
