i went here for the first time to test a salon for my senior pictures and got a silk press. melissa (owner/stylist) was very sweet and friendly! i actually had to move my appointment up by 30 minutes due to traffic, so i called ahead and she moved it up with no problem at all. she was able to do my silk press in under an hour (which is very impressive!!) and it turned out exactly the way i wanted. prices are super reasonable too. i will definitely be returning for senior pictures!

Melissa the owner and head stylist did a full set of microlink hair extensions on me. As well as the extension installation Melissa ordered and died the hair for me as well because I wanted black to gray ombre. The whole process and experience was everything I could ask for. Everything was clean organized and professional but I also felt extremely comfortable at the same time. I definitely give Melissa and her entire salon a 10 out of 10. She even helped me work out the cost and how to go about the process in the most affordable way for me!! The talent, knowledge and atmosphere is more than enough to keep me coming back.

During my recent visit, I received a relaxer touch-up and semi-permanent color. As always, Melissa is the epitome of perfection in cosmetology. Her expertise and skill in handling chemicals is clearly evident in the results. My hair looks beautiful and feels great. Melissa is a devoted Master Stylist in that she cares about the health of my hair and is taking excellent care of it. I deeply appreciate her commitment to her craft.

Had initially booked with Melissa and had to adjust my appointment time, but instead of stating that her schedule was too tight in a professional manner, she was very rude. She also did not make any suggestions or even try to accommodate me. I called Hello Gorgeous in Deptford and the lady over there also had a tight schedule, but she wasn't rude. She ended up working with me to squeeze me in (I washed my hair before the appointment so there would be enough time to just style me).
