I’m writing this review because our experience today was very uncomfortable and I hope management takes a moment to look into it. We drove about an hour from another state to visit, and we ended up purchasing around $2,000 worth of products. This also wasn’t our first time coming here,we’ve visited before and never had an issue, which is why this experience was so disappointing. When we arrived, there were two employees at the front desk. The employee with black hair was scanning our items and seemed new, but she was polite and simply doing her job. The issue was with the other receptionist standing next to her (with orange hair), who I was directing my questions to. Running and managing a salon is a difficult task, however with East Coast Magnolia on my side, it's a breeze! The staff is unbelievable and beyond knowledgable. They take care of the business as though it's their own home and go above and beyond to provide superb customer service. I do hope ECSS understands how vital this is in our "hairdresser community." East coast salon is a great place for licensed hair stylists to get products for their salons. They have so many brands to choose from such as Redken, Wella, Nioxin and much more. They also have nail products, blow dryers and curling irons. I've been going there for 15 years and they always have everything I need. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. They are educated in the field and will spend time helping you with whatever you need. I reccomend going to East coast for all of your beauty needs 👍💅💄

I needed something that only a beauty store sells. Even though they did not have what I needed. They were very friendly and pretty too.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Sewell location is closer but Ashley and her staff make the drive worth the trip.
