Just had a terrible experience at Tanaz, which is a first in nearly 20 years! I booked a hydrafacial and arrived 10 minutes early. My appointment time came and went, and when I asked what was taking so long, the women working the front desk essentially brushed me off and said the esthetician was busy with an eyebrow wax and that she’d be out soon. She finally came out 15 mins after my appointment and brought me back to the room where the facial would be done. I got into the robes, she came back, and then we sat in awkward silence because as it turned out, the hydrafacial machine was broken! It would have been fine-ish, but the employees were so weird about it and wouldn’t tell me what was going on, just sat there silently. Me and five of my closest girlfriends were all chosen to be bridesmaids at our best friend’s wedding. The bride to be booked the entire afternoon for all of us to get our hair and make-up done at Tanaz. As is tradition, the day of the wedding was chaotic; riddled with delays, drama and debutantes, etc. I myself was extremely frantic as well, that is, until I walked into Tanaz. Upon entering, my senses were invigorated by what I can only describe as the scent of eucalyptus mixed with love. Yes, if “love” had a scent, it would be called Tanaz. The boutique itself is in absolutely pristine condition, everything is literally so clean. It’s also decorated beautifully with bamboo trees and earthy massage stones. I went to three different places to get a hair trial done for my wedding. I was hesitant to spend the big bucks on another trial that I didn't know if I would like the way it would turn out. But my stylist did a great job of catching my vision and putting together something I loved for my big day. Thank you, Tanaz! I'm only giving 4 stars for the price but that is the going rate for great stylists

My favorite place to get pedicures, hands down. I recently treated a friend and myself to pedis here and they were wonderful. The ladies were very nice and the atmosphere was very relaxing and comfortable. Prices are high but that is to be expected at a high end salon. I don’t like that they only allow cash for tips (can’t add it to your total on a card) but luckily I remembered this time and came prepared. I will definitely be back again!
