Tan Republic - Centennial Hills

I go tanning usually before going on vacation and this place is very clean and always friendly. I met the manager last time I was in and just like his staff, he too was very friendly.

Been a member for 3 years now almost , love it here . All the girlies are extremely kind & always offer recommendations on lotions to try.

I haven't tanned in a long time at a tanning salon so I went here and asked for advice on my first visit and they put me into a bed that didn't give me any color at all and so I went in on day number two and told the second girl about that and she said that wasn't a good bed to put somebody in who's trying to build a base color and so she put me in another bed that she said has more "burning bulbs" but she put it for less time given that fact and I got so burnt really bad for 5 days straight. I'm not sure if they really know what they're talking about here. And trying to get a hold of them by phone is impossible, they seemed to have designed it that way. I guess this what happens when you only pay employees enough to where you only get teenagers that apply. Do better.

Low level of tanning beds - overused, you don’t get bronze color as you should, small towels are overused, - Unique attitude of explanations to client rules - you as a client you must purchase their products rules is wrong !

I just moved to Centennial hills from Henderson and I used to go to the Tan Republic off Valle Verde. Now I have been coming to this location the past week since it is closer to me. So far I’m pretty disappointed in the customer service I have received here. I came in tonight on 11/6 around 4:45pm and there were two brunette girls inside, one was at the front desk (Leilani) and one was on the couch. I guess the girl on the couch used to work there. No one greeted me at all, and my boyfriend and I just stood there. I thought my boyfriend would be able to wait for me while I tanned, however the girl on the couch didn’t seem like she wanted to get up, her shoes were off her feet were on the couch etc so he had to go wait in the car. I gave the girl at the front desk my phone number and she ru
