Been tanning here for 2 months. I always found the beds and rooms clean. All the staff were beyond nice and super helpful with all my questions. Shout out to Natalie for going the extra distance and being super fun and personable. I only seen her 5 times out of 2 months and she even learned my name. She made my visits super fun.

Stand up bed was super dirty. Marks on the acrylic where someone's sweaty lotioned body had rubbed against in several spots, hair stuck to that. With the variety of hair stuck to it I would say it hadn't been cleaned in a while. And yes it was on the outside of the acrylic not the inside. I took a paper towel to it. For the price I pay monthly for the best bed I am really disappointed. Questioning if my $60 a month is worth it.... Will continue going to the BG salon as this is not my first bad experience at this location.

They really need to get new bulbs feels like a waste of time and money for the busiest time of year. Again it's pretty bad when I have to drive from Perrysburg to the east side of toledo to get color. Change your bulbs please.
