I book with Autumn as a new client. I had nails from a previous nail salon and she ate them up. She took my old set off and reconstructed my edges and put on a new structure gel set. She did a awesome job! Thank you so much for getting my nails together! I’ll definitely be back!

Courtney was wonderful at removing my acrylic nail set and took so much care with my nails. She did a perfect job on my new gel manicure and was very detail oriented. I have gone to other salons in the Toledo area and was extremely impressed. The salon is very clean and relaxing. I loved my experience here!

Alexis did an amazing job after the prior nail tech I had, quit after doing my wedding trial nails without telling me. Alexis did an amazing job on my flex gel mani and pedi. She was so nice and attentive to detail. 10/10 would recommend and go to again.

This was by far the worst salon experience I have ever had. I booked a pedicure online and added the cat eye upgrade service in advance with my credit card on file. When I arrived, they told me the technician I had booked could not do the cat eye and that I would have to wait for someone else. The person who ended up doing it normally charges less than the one I originally booked, but the salon still tried to charge me the higher price. When I asked them to break down the cost and adjust it to reflect the actual service I received, they irresponsibly claimed they “didn’t know how” to do that and refused to help. The staff was not only shockingly rude but also made me feel discriminated against. To make things worse, they didn’t even bother to say goodbye when I left. Absolutely unprofessio
