Tammy Nails

I had a bit of an unfortunate experience here. I arrived at 11:15 as a walk-in for a pedicure and left an hour and 40 minutes later. I am not exaggerating. they only had 2 people on staff on a Friday afternoon so I had to wait for service and once serviced, my tech was pretty slow. The pedicure itself was nothing to write home about. I don't think I'll be back. the shop itself could use some TLC. There were a lot of patches on the walls and no wall decorations.

I have been here a few times for a pedicure. They are always gentle and pay attention to details. I had a salon I went to for years but they shut down. I had tried several local salons to find the service/ customer service I needed and since I've found Tammi, I feel like this is my place.

i been going to tammy nails for years and whenever i go to a nail salon i take my own things like pumice bar nail file all of it well i been going to mary for a few years never had any big issues i like to talk to her and i for the most part liked the way she paint my toe nails as i go to her design studio over on brookland park blvd for my nails !!! well one appt not too long ago i asked mary to make sure the polish is up a lil more on my toes it was too far down last time making them appear to be grown out much faster as i like to go once a month !!!! it seems since i asked her that and to scrub n another spot a lil more i didnt notice at first but she started using less foot cream and scrubbing my heels too hard and too long now i have cracked heels as soon as i take bath moisturize the

To all I’m not a complainer I’m always positive. I still left a tip, but I feel I was so taken advantage of. I am not from. State, we have our own business in New Hampshire. One thing we never do is take advantage of people that is a no no the price was so over the top when he seen my face he said a different price still overpriced I said to him and her I have never paid this much to have my nails done, but you might as well take advantage of me and get my money because I’m from out of state and I won’t be back shame on him. I recently had a very unfortunate experience at Tammy Nails, and I feel compelled to share my review to warn others. Upon walking into the establishment with my 10-year-old daughter, we immediately sensed a negative atmosphere. My daughter, being young and vulnerable, had her fingers hurt by one of the nail technicians. I had to intervene and asked the technician to stop, but instead of addressing the issue professionally, she grabbed my daughter's hand and insisted that she was not causing any harm. This incident caused my daughter to become upset and frustrated. Thankfully, another customer stepped in and told the technician to let go.
