I had an excellent experience with Marion Dials at Talented KUTZZ Barbershop. His professionalism, attention to detail, and skill with the clippers are unmatched. He takes his time to make sure the cut is sharp, clean, and exactly what you ask for. The atmosphere in the shop is welcoming, and Marion goes the extra mile to make every client feel comfortable. If you’re looking for a barber in Florence who combines talent with great customer service, Marion is the one to see. Highly recommend!
Great barber! Great atmosphere! Clean.
Came here for haircut service and the owner was arguing with a worker using profanity and all in-front of kids. He was very rude I will never return to this location and I definitely will be posting the videos all over social media. Regardless of what he definitely could’ve handled the situation better than what he did especially around customers!
Came in late in a Saturday and they were able to take care of me. Hair cut was great, super detailed. No rushing. Definitely be back.
Highly HIGHLY recommend this shop. They're friendly, welcoming and its clean. Ms. Kim always does an amazing job on my hair and she never rushes.
