Sarah is such a beautiful spirit. She welcomes you into the space with care and ease. She is very knowledgeable and explained the treatment to me (craniosacral & TMJD) which I never have done before. The stress in my jaw subsided by the time the treatment was over and I had a deep sense of relaxation from the craniosacral treatment. I highly recommend Sarah, and I am sure the other women at Take Care are just as wonderful!

Going to to Take Care for a facial is like taking a mini vacation. It feels incredible and you walk put looking well rested. I have such respect for these ladies and what they do. They are so educated and knowledgeable about skin and self care and clearly are doing what they love. I am in my mid 40's and trying to age as gracefully as possible. I can see such a difference in my skin after a micro current facial, it feels lifted and hydrated with a glow. It is also such a pleasant loving experience I walk out feeling better for it.
