Takashima Flagship Store - Valley Blvd

Terrible customer service. Google and the sign on the door say they close at 9 PM, but I arrived before 9 and the door was already locked. The front desk staff was inside and saw me but completely ignored me. If you’re going to close early, at least update your hours instead of wasting customers’ time.

It should be more clear instructions on the closing time, I came twice, every time I came they cased at different times even they said it closed at 9pm. One closed at 7pm, one at 8:30pm. And front desk just told me they closed without explanation. Soooooo bad

San Gabriel CITY. 'Swiss PLAZA' (Floor 1) ON Valley Blvd,, Just Off of Abbott Ave. "Behind" Focus Plaza PARKING IS BEHIND STORE,, BUT Small parking lot,, and SOMETIMES difficult find parking.

Poor experience online. Ordered 3 very important items and 5 other items I didn't mind having for free shipping. They cancelled the 3 important items because they were "out of stock" (seriously? Track your item stock better!) and didn't offer a chance to replace with similar item and now I still need to order the three items from elsewhere....

Store hours are inaccurate. Closes early and opens late.
