I was in town visiting my parents and interested in Xerf. When I called I talked with Mei. She was wonderful and helpful. When I went in for the treatment, Mei was there to meet me and guide me though my experience. The space is beautiful, professional and calming. The staff is friendly, attentive and kind. I had a fantastic facial to prep for my Xerf and it felt so amazing I almost fell asleep. The Xerf treament was excellent and Nurse Xiu took special care to adjust the settings to my comfort and to specially address my areas of concern. After my treatment Mei gave me clear aftercare instructions and post treatment self care advice. I found this medspa on TikTok while searching for a laser treatment that only Eve offered. I had the laser treatment during my first visit and later returned for a facial. Sally guided me through the whole process and was incredibly helpful and kind. I never felt pressured throughout the whole experience, which I’ve experienced at other medspas. Sally’s facial was also one of the best I’ve ever had. My skin looks so clear and glowy after. I drive all the way to SGV to come here and will definitely be returning!

Got the Hydrafacial here, and honestly, it was such a game-changer for my skin. My face felt ridiculously smooth after, like I couldn’t stop touching it (probably shouldn’t have, I know). The hydration part? You can actually feel the difference—skin just drinks it up. Also, the staff? Super friendly but not in that over-the-top way, just really chill and made me feel comfortable. It’s nice when they actually explain what they’re doing without making it all overwhelming. Definitely left feeling fresh and cared for.
