I got a Groupon for a 60-minute session here for $35, which was great because money is a bit tight right now. The Groupon had some fine print asking customers to tip based on the original (non-Groupon) price. For my treatment, that amount was $48. I thought that was fair and planned to tip about 20% of the original price, which comes out to around $10. When I arrived, they accepted the Groupon and I had my massage. The massage itself was very relaxing, and during the session I was even thinking that I’d recommend this place to others. Unfortunately, things took a negative turn when it came time to check out. When it was time to tip, I said $10. The guy who gave the massage responded with “$20?” I said, “No, $10.” Then he said “$15?” and again I said, “No, $10 please.” At that point I co

This place was such a joke do not go there. 3 weeks ago I called to make an appointment as I had a Groupon coupon for a 65 minute massage for couples for $72. When I called I asked if they had an availability for valentines at 6. The lady said 7:30 and I said no problem and the line went silent . I then ask 30 seconds later if they need my information and the lady just hanged up . I just thought that maybe it was a language barrier and let it go. When we get there (30 minutes early than the reservation) it’s packed in the store so I try to tell the workers that we had a reservation and yet no one really listened and instead they just told us to sit down and wait. Apparently everyone had the same story where they called and made reservations yet they had to wait as well since they overbooke

Do not go here! This place offered terrible service. I got a 45 minute massage for $40. The masseuse had absolutely no idea what she was doing. I don't know a ton about massages, but I could still easily tell that she had no clue what to do. There were occasional moments of nice relaxation, but the massage was mostly very uncomfortable. She kept hitting my arms and legs which hurt quite a bit. She was also very rough on my neck and head, leading to neck pain afterwards. The masseuse kept tickling and started mocking me to the point where I felt bad. She also seemed intent on giving me a happy ending. A place like this shouldn't be focused on doing that, but it's even worse when the massages are bad. Afterwards, when I tried to leave (I had paid prior to the massage), they locked the door

I was skeptical after reading reviews, but had a great experience. Everything was clean and professional. Paid $110 for a 1h couples massage, and tipped $20 each. So $150 all in. The staff members were nice. One small thing is they were talking a bit during the session. Would come back!

Poor initial customer service, disorganized and completely overbooked as well as overcrowded😓🤦🏾‍♀Couples kept coming in and it was a very small waiting area. At times there was no one @the receptionist desk for a long time and no one checked to see what was ordered on each Groupon voucher until it was time to check out. I also experienced rudeness at times when trying to interact with one of the receptionists on behalf of the services. She also did not speak good English. When me and my fiance were finally seen for our couple's spa Groupon deal, the massage services was very good👍🏾 The male masseuse I had, however, was very good but was also very heavy handed at times with the massages too😣😕😣
