DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! If I could give them zero stars, I absolutely would. The woman at this establishment is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. I entered the supply store with the intention of buying some necessary items, but upon leaving, I noticed that an additional unauthorized transaction had occurred on my bank account. I waited a few days to see if it was just a temporary hold “usually banks do that” I returned to the store with my receipt and the items I had purchased, expecting a straightforward refund for the extra charge. However, instead of processing my refund, the woman requested that I provide her with my bank statement. After I obliged and showed her the statement, she insisted that I call my bank so she could verify that the transaction reflected on my statement wa

I'm a little confused about the negative reviews. I stopped in here with my daughter and the gentleman was more than nice. He stayed with us but that was to help us. I know she'll be back.

very unfriendly rude people and they will literally walk one step behind you the whole time you shop,i could barely get around the place because the woman would stand in my way of where I’m walking and just stare at me scowling. I was very sad by the way I was treated here,not to mention there are random roaches in products. That would be so embarrassing for a client to notice a roach in your products. All the bad reviews aren’t for nothing they live up to their bad name , the good reviews must be fake because this is the worst nail supply store to give your money to. VIP and the other one on new park ave might not be as big but they deserve my money because they treat you like a human.

I was looking around for nail supply store other than Sally’s beauty and saw this when i was driving home one day. I stop by to ask if it open to the public and he left me in and brought 3 dip nail powder and it easy to use and love all the colors. Will come back for more.

The staff made it uncomfortable to shop considering they physically followed me the whole time. Then at check out the woman questioned my knowledge/ educational training.
