I paid to have my cousin’s hair dyed gray so it would blend with her roots as it grew out for her birthday present. The beautician had trouble dissolving out the old dye and was not able to do the full gray we’d shown her pictures of that we wanted. She continued to work with our cousin. Wanted to dye it brown when her treatments left it orange. We told her no, that would undue the dye being removed she had already done to her hair. We picked out an ash blonde to dye her hair to try to get done what the beautician had promised wouldn’t be an issue to do. We’d been there hours so had to leave our cousin there to get her hair finished. We’d been told it’d take an 1 1/2 hours, we’d been there 2 1/2 hrs. Her hair was still orange. Asked about getting my son's first haircut with her. She was able to get him in the same day. Child friendly personality. All around great woman! I wasn't 100% sure on the cut, just had an idea of the look. She made a couple suggestions as the professional. His hair was a disaster from playing at the park all day before going in. She was gentle with the knots and did not hurt him at all. It turned out awesome!

My son cut his own hair, we tried fixing it and it didn’t work out so we took him in to have it fixed. 4 minutes in the chair and a worse choppy looking haircut later never using this place again. Only consultation is his hair grows extremely fast.

Tonya is absolutely amazing my hair was a train wreck and she got it feeling and looking healthy after my first visit!! Love this place if your not going here you should definitely consider.
