T Nails & Spa

I’ve been frequenting this nail salon for the past 15 years plus. Yesterday was the first time that I came across a rude Nail Tech. I showed her a picture and she created a completely different look on my nails. They are thick, bulky, and crooked. When I brought it to her attention, Tina became very irritated. I was left sitting at her table with no lotion on my hands with the expectation to get up and move towards paying with no salutation. I’m extremely disappointed in what this nail salon has become. The old team was always on point and I never would’ve had this experience. My total was over $150 in which I paid cash and still tipped. I won’t be back and neither will the rest of my family.

I had been going to this nail shop for over a year. Asking for the same nail tech as of recently. Monday, Oct 20th I got my nails polished a beautiful brown color with a lighter brown line across the tip. Over the next 24 hours I noticed the darker shade was starting to change colors. I returned to the nail salon Wednesday, Oct 22nd. As I voiced my concerns he (manager with man bun) called out my nail tech and they conversed in another language. She then laughs and says “remember you wanted another color” I’m fully aware that I asked for two colors. But not three. At this point there are 4 of them surrounding the pedicure chair I was placed in. Then the manager tells me it will be $48 for them to change both my nails and toes, although it’s their polish that is changing. And yes I verified

This was the largest nail shop I have been in so far. I was surprised how busy it was on a Wed. But I was impressed by the friendliness. They greeted me and they said Thank you! This is what I want every establishment I patronize to do! Jack was my pedicure tech. He was friendly and I liked his approach when he needed each foot. I saw two other previous coworkers there too. Two current coworkers told me this is where they go too. I was looking for a new Nail Shop. I'm happy I stopped in this one.

Been coming here over 2 yrs, specifically to Vie… today I arrive she refused to service me bc “i never know what color I want.” Unprofessional, rude, and just mean. I was very embarrassed by her behavior and had to sadly let them know i will take my money elsewhere. I’ve always been kind to her, tip, etc and today was a major slap in the face!!!! The only reason I didn’t walk out bc my feet were in the bowl getting done & due to my schedule it would have cost me more time by leaving. I’m literally in tears and shocked at her behavior. How was I loyal to this nail tech who CLEARLY didn’t like me… smh. I’ll find another shop with more professional nail techs!

I have been visiting this salon for 2 years and the service use to be great. However the past 2 months it has been horrible. My nail tech left the salon, and the guy I would go to when she was off has left too! Today was the last straw these money hungry people charge me $85 for a fill-in and French tip. I get that prices go up but from $65 to $85. No!!! Moving on!
