I would really like to leave no stars. They quoted me $45 for a full set with gel. I knew it would be an up charge for me getting a longer length. I get up to the counter and this lady has the nerve to tell me $95 because they charge $50 for length. On what planet?!!! Not to mention it is the worst set I’ve ever gotten. I had to tell him to fix things so many times. Then he tried to leave them suuuuper thick and didn’t want to file them down but I insisted because they looked insane! Still left them thick, lumpy, uneven and did an absolutely terrible paint job. (Pictures attached were taken the same night and the very next day) Also, his finger was bleeding the whole time and he refused to cover it. Ew. He also kept drilling my cuticle and every time I flinched, he would laugh. Like what?!

I had a very frustrating experience at this nail salon. I came in expecting professional service and left extremely disappointed. The initial job done on my nails was poorly executed—uneven, and messy. When I politely explained that I wasn't satisfied, the older Asian man who did my nails, attempted to fix them. Unfortunately, even after the "fix," my nails still looked terrible. I even took pictures after the fix, and they speak for themselves. I calmly told Tina that I was still not happy with how my nails turned out, and instead of addressing my concerns professionally, she caught an attitude, raised her voice, and started fussing. I never raised my voice or acted disrespectfully at any point, so I expected the same courtesy in return—especially as a paying customer. Eventually, Tina

It was my first time there. I went there because my daughter was the one that told me to go there and I was so disappointed so upset. I paid $45 to come out like this. It’s incredible in top of that. The person that took care of me. She didn’t know how to fix them. I needed to wait for somebody else, but she was too busy. Taking care of the customers they took kind of long, so I just told her to please paint my nails I wanted it to get out of there.i just wanted leave that place. In top of that when they were charging me. She asked me if Everything was Ok and I said no, and just pay and left. Bad experience.🤦🏼‍♀️

I got a $45 pedicure and $25 manicure !! I gave the girl my phone to pay for the service and she charged me $80. Mind you I tipped the man $5 cause he was nice but my hands… When I told her she overcharged me she said it was for gel nail. Do you see gel anywhere.? Ok. So then when I showed her my hands she changed the price.. but clearly their menu says otherwise. Bad business. No shade my feet cute tho.

I started going here about a year ago and kept going because of the price is usually cheap and nails are mostly decent. But to be honest half the time they can’t do what I want so I just go with something simple… I asked for a simple design… honestly might of liked these if they were filed correctly and the French wasn’t so messy and all over the place . I absolutely hate these I am in literal tears because I hate them and paid one of the highest amounts I have paid there. The older man did them and he had done my friends one time and I didn’t like hers I should’ve said I wanted someone else to do them but I was praying he would take his time and do a good job but he did not … I want to rip them off I can’t believe I paid for these … highly disappointed… he needs to not do nails no more lo
