This is my second set of Halloween nails by Maxine. She does great work!! Love this place so much. Irene is always so accommodating and I always leave happy with my dip manicure!!

I've been coming here for years. Due to time constraints I would just run down the street from my job or home to get pedicures without an appointment. I was incredibly unhappy. They were always behind and fights and crap talking. Synergy nails are 15 min away and I started coming back. I would drive an hour for Synergy nails. The owner Irene is incredible. So sweet, nice and approachable. She never talks crap about you and the workers are the same. Also, they do what you ask without getting upset. This is how it should be. The energy in the salon is so calming and peaceful. I love it here. Thank you Irene for making our experience great!

This was one of the worst salon experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was unprofessional and rude. Not a single “please” or polite phrase was used . just rushed, cold instructions with zero courtesy. It felt like I was an inconvenience to them instead of a customer. The cleanliness of this place is seriously concerning. The salon was dirty, the tools they used looked worn out and unsanitized, and even the workers’ own nails and clothes were visibly unclean. That alone should have been a red flag. If you care about hygiene, professionalism, and being treated with respect, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere. This place has a long way to go before it can call itself a professional nail salon.

I’ve been to most nail salons in the La Crescenta-Montrose area over the years and Synergy Nail Bar is the best! I especially love how affordable and expansive their gel color collection is. The staff are also always attentive to small details and respond quickly for appointments. I am always in awe of how gorgeous the rockstar gel polishes are (my favorites being #138 & 139) and how they glitter in the light. Covid related: there are clear measures in place to keep the place sanitary. Seats used are more than 6 feet apart, temperature is taken at the door, hand sanitizer and cleaning solutions are used frequently, everyone is asked to wear a mask, and staff are clothed in full PPE, not just a mask. After 10 years decided to get acrylic nails again. Went to Synergy Nail Bar after looking them up. Had a wonderful experience! Great price and great service. Just went yesterday (11-14-2020) for fill and got gel color. My nails look fabulous! This is my new nail salon! I’m in a wheelchair and the ladies take great care of me! Recommend them highly.
