I love this nail spa! Everyone is so nice and friendly! Kim is the absolute best nail tech! She can do any design I show her!

Bella was supposed to do my nails and do a specific design. She barely knew how to copy the design that I showed her on my phone. She almost messed up completely on certain nails and was extremely rude at times, even though she kept messing up! She rushes because she clearly just wants to get on with her day. She also cut my nails after I told her to keep the length. (Watch out for her using the DRILL to cut down your nails!!) And she left a bunch nail polish on my skin after she was done and didn’t bother to get it off! I saw a lot of other bad experiences with her on here, so I decided to let everyone know my experience with her as well. I won’t be going back after that. She ruined my mood. She has bad energy and needs to learn professionalism. Lucky for her, my parents taught me to tip

I love this salon! Kim is by far the best nail tech I have ever had! She is always accommodating and has done my nails like every photo I have ever showed her! If you are looking for a great nail tech definitely ask for Kim! My boyfriend and I will go on dates to get our nails done and we are never disappointed!

Appointment easy to make online. Took me promptly, tech was ok but nail polish product used was old. I opted to not do gel so assume it was the regular polish for a pedicure. It would not adhere to the nail and had to be reapplied several times. Finished job was a mess. I attempted to remove myself the next day and even with 100% acetone it took numerous tries to get it off. Salon should disclose what the product being used is. They show you a chart of colors but not the brand.

Favorite nail technicians are Kim, Kingston, Vee and another cute lady. Her chair is next to Vee's station. Kim does an amazing job! Hey free hand of signs are super cute. I wish I took a picture of my nails. 😵‍💫💅 I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did an amazing job! You can tell these people I mentioned take pride in their work. I got a pedicure from another lady there and I didn't care for it. I believe the amount of money I paid, I should have gotten a better pedicure. I asked her for something to can my toenails and she said I don't have nothing. 😳 Another sweet customer reached in her backpack and gave me a piece of paper. I believe she was upset because I didn't want gel polish on my toenails. I'm sorry I just don't want to drill on my toenails. My polish last a very
