So my first assessment of the place is that they're really friendly. They work on getting everything done as quick as possible. Everyone here are open to discuss everything that you might have. They moves as fast as long as everything goes correct. Then you are definitely looking getting as quickly as possible. Of course always ask many questions that you want to ask. They are willing to ask the questions. So far, I do recommend the place. I haven't seen any red flags yet. I've asked different people questions, and they were helpful in my decision. My surgery is in a few weeks. I'll give a review after that and get back with you

Well- not sure where to start but from The moment you walk in the staff is super friendly. The waiting area is bright white, crisp, clean, and at the same time inviting. The coffee selection is not just bland cheap generic and godawful like other places. You know they have the good stuff when it’s the exact same you order for your office. It’s an amazing thing that they do here for you- and I just may win 🏆 against Priscilla, of ‘whose not going to blow our teeth out of our mouths when we laugh when we’re 80 years old’ contest 🤣🦷 highly recommend this place!

Lou was my technician welcoming me to Nuvia. He worked on my onboarding taking my pulse and specifics as well as my orbital X-ray. Lou was very welcoming and personable. Lou certainly lightened this step in the process of my Nuvia experience. -Eric

The office is beautiful. The staff is AMAZING. Everyone that l came in contact with was welcoming. My experience was beyond my expectations. I was well informed and all questions were answered. I m The appointment for a reline within the first 12 months of surgery on a lower dental plate that had not been adjusted in the past. It was cold on the phone making the appointment that it was no charge. I made the appointment for 8 o’clock in the morning and I wasn’t seen until close to 9:30 AM. Natalie was an excellent assistant, and Dr. Patel was a great doctor and they took care of me. Very well, I was just disappointed in the long wait and did they attempt to charge me for a maintenance visit which is not due for another four months, but the service itself was excellent
