This is what they did to me , very choppy bangs , when I came back to tell them I did not like the cut they told me they could fix it for me , there’s hair shorter then others , hair longer then others , I did not want them to “ fix me up “ I had asked for a refund and they were being so disrespectful saying that was my intention the whole time . This whole time this woman was cutting my hair all she could do was talk to other people and tell herself she’s a perfectionist when my hair came out no where near perfect . My bangs are completely choppy and now I’m gonna have to regrow them. their attitude was very saddening , “ we don’t need the money anyways we can get it back “ also making fun of me for even asking for a refund. If I do not like a service I’m gonna ask for a refund especially
