Susan's Nails

Every single ombré nail is in a different color like are we serious? The nails are all in different shape with some how different dent mark on each of them, if you come here please expect that the weird bubbles which my other nail tech in another store say will cause greenies, and abunch of ashes in your nail which looks horrible, this is my holiday nail, couldn’t be more disappointed. And worst of all the dimond is slanted on the side! Like it can’t even be put in the middle why? This full set makes me disappointed and sad that I payed the money to get this quality in the end.

I always get excellent service when I come here. Sarah and all the other technicians are great. There are lots of colors to choose from, special attention to detail, and flexible appointments. Bring any design to Susan and she can recreate. :)

I’ve been coming to Susan’s Nails for a few years now, and each time I’ve gone, I’ve been incredibly happy with the results. The time and money are always worth it—Sarah is very detail-oriented and such a pleasant person. It’s never an awkward or uncomfortable experience; we talk like old friends and have a great time while she does my nails exactly how I pictured them. A highlight for me is the pedicure—I love the pampered feeling, and that’s exactly what Susan’s Nails delivers. I’ve been to other, more expensive places, and I can honestly say they don’t compare to Susan’s Nails. At those places, the acrylics broke easily, the chairs were uncomfortable, and the whole encounter felt awkward. I regretted not going to Susan’s Nails that day. This is the second time I go to this place. Both times it has been somewhat disappointing. Very badly work done they have no attention to details. In the first photo what I asked for and in the second photo the work done by her. I don't recommend this place.
