I had a great experience at Susan’s salon. Jill colored and blew out my hair and I’m obsessed with the results. The salon has a real community vibe to it and I felt instantly at home, despite being a New Yorker just passing through. If your in Cambridge and need to get your hair done, or just want to treat yourself to a blow out, stop by Susan’s.

I booked Susan for my graduation, but unfortunately, she didn’t show up. I tried calling her the day before and the day of, but no response. I ended up having to do my own hair, which was pretty stressful on such an important day. While she didn’t take any pre-booking fees, the lack of reliability was disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend counting on her for important events.
