I had been coming to Susan ever since I moved to Simi Valley about 5 years ago. I was a loyal client who recommended her business to my family, friends, and even strangers who complimented my brows. As of lately, it is very clear the priorities, customer service, and professionalism of the entire business has fell through the roof. I became sick of being upsold, filmed during services, and overall just another number on their calendar. My last straw was coming in for my scheduled appointment and both girls were on their phone. They informed me they are editing an instagram post and that it will only be another minute until they are be able to do my brows. I had a hydrodermabrasion facial and it was a really nice and interesting experience, especially since it was my first time. I was both curious and somewhat hesitant at first, but she showed me photos and videos beforehand so I knew what to expect, which made me feel comfortable. During the treatment, she helped calm my nerves and was very gentle. My skin felt so much softer afterward, and the before and after photos really show the brightness and glow. The space was clean and relaxing, and the price was reasonable. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Susan is amazing. She is truly the best in the town. I’ve been coming here for over 9 years now and she makes my eyebrows look fabulous and flawless every time. She also sells skin care products which I also buy from her and it’s medical grade.

Came in for a lamination, colour and threading. Felt very welcome, the owner was very sweet. She took her time making them perfect. I walked out very happy. Will definitely come back again.
