Elements Massage

I called on December 19th to book a massage. I have been doubled up in pain with my neck and my back. It's almost been a month since I made the appointment. I drive out from Camarillo to find out I cannot get the massage. I have allergies to all the oils and lotions that they have in this location. I told the person on the phone about my allergies. I did the paperwork and stated all my allergies. They said I could not bring in my own oil or lotion. So I was turned away without being charged for the massage that I've been waiting for a month for. I'm still in pain and now I have to find somewhere else to get my massage.

Kaylee gave me the most amazing facial! She was so gentle and the whole experience was very relaxing! Left with my skin feeling and looking amazing. if you go here you should ask for her! 10/10

Great place for a professional massage. No matter what your need or preferred modality given their diversely skilled therapists is easy to find the right one for you . The studio it's always immaculately clean and the ambience is very relaxing. Everyone is super friendly. If you want a more relaxing to firm massage i recommend Luz and if you need a little deeper than that Whitney is highly skilled in a variety of modalities. No matter who you choose you can be assured a knowledgeable therapist who delivers a very quality massage
