I’ve gone to Jenny at least 3-4 times and her work is consistently amazing , quick and neat. She is communicative and I’m always extremely happy after my service . I usually get the boho braids small and I get complimented on them every single time. I’m a forever returning client .

RUN DON’T WALK TO GET YOUR HAIR DONE! Jenney is not your typical beautician. She is always prompt to appointments and is very professional. The greatest thing is that she provides the hair and when you sit in her chair, the hair is already prepped and she goes straight to work. She is the fastest braider I’ve ever encountered. When I got small braids it only took about 4 hours and when I got medium braids it took a little of 2 hours. I even got twist and I couldn’t even finished watching a movie before she was done. Another thing I have to mention is that I’m extremely tendered headed and have been all my life, but she is the first braider who doesn’t hurt my head. I’m a 4C curly natural but she gets every piece of my hair without snatching my hair out. I never have to worry about my edges

The braider does nice quick work, but last week she was very unprofessional. The morning of my appointment she realized she didn’t have the human hair needed to do my style. I was already in the parking lot waiting at her shop when she said she couldn’t find it. I told her since an hour had gone by I wouldn’t be able to get my hair done. Because I have to pick my child up from daycare at a a certain time. I asked for my deposit back which she said yes to, but she won’t approve through Zelle. She does good work but be mindful she is very unprofessional.
