Supernails Spa

I wouldn’t recommend going here. The experience was highly unprofessional and disrespectful. I’m including a photo comparison of the nails we requested versus what we received. The staff blamed the outcome on our color choice but admitted they knew it wouldn’t match the reference image – something they failed to tell us upfront. After spending 1.5 hours there, they refused to offer a refund, and we had to spend an additional 15 minutes just to try to resolve the issue.

I wish I could give this place 3.5 stars. I would rate this place better if the prices were lower but for a regular pedi and a gel manicure each service was $37 which is higher than what I’d except ($28-32 is what I would think is more fair for their services) for a very basic nail treatment (nothing added, no designs, 30 min each). I could also tell at the end of my mani my technician started to rush because another one her customers arrived and didn’t run my hands/arm at the end—which is my favorite part. Also attaching photos, the nails are decent, not amazing. My toes have paint on the skin.

Gave this place a try despite questionable reviews because I was in the neighborhood and they had late hours. Was not disappointed & have been back a few times since. Great service, not pushy (I just wanted a basic pedicure) & their prices are better than any other spa around. My first pedi there was just before a 2 week road trip that would involve camping on the beach, a music festival, and many miles of hiking. My toes held up beautifully through it all! I came in for a walk in acrylic set and polish and had a great experience! The nail tech gave me the perfect almond shape I was looking for and helped me find a nice gel color. She had great attention to detail and really took her time with my set even though I didn't have an appointment. I would really recommend this place!

this place isn’t even worth 1 star because the edges of my nails weren’t cleaned up so there was nail polish all over my fingers and then they didn’t wait long enough between each layer so my nails are smudging a lot i just want to say that i’m disappointed and sorta mad because me and my friends have been saving up for along time for this little girls day but we all agree it was not worth it a lot p.s. me and my friends nails are in actual pain and it hurts to touch the nail because of the over filling they do i’m very disappointed with the work of this salon
