Supercuts

Came in happy to buy my kid a decent hair cut. Left miserable due to the stylist shaming us for buying a hair cut. ~~~ I've been cutting my kid's hair for years. Recently I did a bad job. So I sought help from a " professional". I don't speak in numbers. I just know how what looks good on my kid. When I described this to her and asked does that help? She said, in a cutting tone, " not really" Then she asks how his hair got like that. I told her, then she raised her volume and said " WOW, no one cuts their own hair anymore . I thought that stopped when Covid ended! " She made us feel embarrassed for seeking help. Terrible customer service for an ok haircut. I'd rather wait for another stylist than to be ridiculed by this woman again.

I am extremely overjoyed with the haircut I got. I needed my hair cut in the worst way, it was way overdue. This was my first time at this location. I made the appointment picked a name of the list of stylists that were available and hoped for the best. Alexia did an amazing job on my cut. I'm very happy I chose this location and Alexia as well.

What a great experience with Rhonda! The daughter of my colleague had posted a review on TikTok showing how great her hair cut was with Rhonda, and after I saw the review, I made an appointment! I have never been to a Super Cuts and always thought the hairstylist may not be that good, considering the price but my hair cut was just as great as any of my past cuts that cost 3-4x that! I will definitely be back!

Zero wait time I lucked out! I met a great hair stylist named Rhonda who is a joy to talk with. Also I love the way she cut my hair! Best Supercut experience I've had in a while. I will definitely return to this location here on Victory Boulevard near the Topanga Canyon Mall
