Traditional stretching sequences were integrated smoothly with deep tissue work, significantly improving mobility in the hips, shoulders, and lower back. The pace was deliberate and structured, not rushed. Communication was clear and adjustments were made immediately when needed. The facility was clean, quiet, and professionally managed. Markie is amazing! I came in feeling super tense from my usual neck, back, and shoulder pain, and she really focused on those areas just like I asked. I walked out feeling like my body had completely melted - such a huge difference. She also mixed in some Thai massage techniques, which I’d never tried before, and I loved it. The stretching felt so good and really helped release a lot of the tension in my shoulders and back. It was relaxing but also actually therapeutic. On top of that, Markie is just the sweetest and so easy to talk to. Such a local gem — I’ll definitely be back!

I’ve recently found this fabulous massage therapy studio in Woodland Hills and I love her technique, her style as well as her energy. She is just what I was looking for. She does home visits which is great for me. I love the fact that she can do deep tissue, Thai or Swedish massages depending on your need as well as hot stones and CBD oil. I had a great prenatal massage with Markie. I easily booked the 90min session online using the QR code and received very professional appointment reminders leading up to the appointment time. Markie showed up perfectly on time with the appropriate supportive pillows to accommodate the correct side-laying position for a prenatal massage. I was trying to pay attention to the massage (preparing to give a fair review) but before I knew it, I had knocked out snoring. She had to wake me up when it was over! That's how I know it was good :) I felt relaxed and well-rested afterwards and love that I was at home so I didn't have to awkwardly go through a lobby and hop in my car. Looking forward to booking more sessions before my due date! Thank you!
