I was running late for my appointment, and passed along I would be a little late. The staff person who answered was understanding and she would let Andi ( my stylist ) know. I arrived 10-15 minutes late, and she was very understanding. I had a pleasant session while she cut my hair, I would definitely request Andi for my next hair cut..

We were traveling to Florida for a family event, and I didn't get a chance to get a cut before I left home. The service I got here was absolutely fantastic. My haircut was cheaper than at home so I double the number and gave her a huge tip! Well done.

My stylist, Kay, was good, but the music was loud and the manager was constantly interrupting my service with irrelevant conversation with my stylist. And to top it off, mid haircut the manager places a 2 gallon water bottle in my lap asking if I could open it for her. REALLY ?
