This was my first time trying cryotherapy, and I had an amazing experience. The staff took the time to explain the process and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time, which I really appreciated as a first-timer. 😊 The session was quick but refreshing, and I walked out feeling less stiff. I also noticed less soreness afterward. The facility was clean, welcoming, and professional. I’m really glad I tried it and will definitely be back.

Relaxing and Comfortable Atmosphere and Great staff they listened to what I was feeling physically and explained how the therapies worked. Had NAD IV with B-12 add on I highly recommend it to anyone I felt amazing within 30 mins of it starting and still feel great! I have been to a couple similar places and Rejuvenate is the best by far! I will be going back as much as I can. See you guys soon!
