I love my new haircut! I showed Heather (my stylist) photos of my preferred look, a somewhat stacked chin-length bob with layers, texture, and movement. She asked a few questions to clarify exactly what I wanted, to be sure that the style would be on point--with the correct length and finishing at the nape of my neck, as well as where the part would be. Heather also explained that she would keep a few areas a bit longer so that my waves would look good when my hair dried. Now that I'm home and have put some styling lotion in my hair, I can see what a fantastic haircut I have. It is exactly what I wanted! Thanks so much to Heather and Supercuts for the excellent, expert service. I am 100% satisfied and I look forward to coming back to my new hair salon!

My son and I stopped in last week and Heather, the location manager, welcomed us in! She was very polite and quite knowledgeable about how to manage a haircut for someone with unruly hair. She made excellent recommendations to my son about how to work with his hair more effectively and what products are best suited for his hair type ☺️ We both appreciated her advice and her overall knowledge ❤️

Heather did an amazing job. I originally had a bad experience and she personally reached out and solved the problem. Her approach was very professional and directed at me and not just the name of her business. Everybody makes mistakes, but not everybody understands that. Heather definitely does and she knows how to fix them!! My hair looks great.

I Absolutely love Heather. Me and my mom both go. We’re really picky with our hair and she gets it on point every time today I went in there and wanted something different showed her pictures. She cut it exactly the way I wanted it, but I also asked her a few questions. 8 inches gone off my hair and I absolutely LOVE IT! Thank you ❤️
