Supercuts

I came in today to get a correction cut from something that happened at an alt store in pico Rivera. My daughter and I had a really bad experience May of this year (2025). Long story short we went in with one expectation and came in with a complete opposite. Walking into Supercuts my hairstylist was Elvira, She listened to me gave me some advice and I was able to be comfortable and trust her judgment to fix the damage that was done with my hair. She was super sweet and I fully trusted her in the cut that I was hoping to correct or are least fix. She talked me through everything she was doing and did not do anything to my Hair until I approve. It was such a blessing and a relief to know a hairstylist took so much care and comfort not only in my feelings but also my Appearance. I loved how E

The hairstylist asked me couple question before working on cutting. She explained my Asia hair won’t be same come out as the hairstyle picture show and keep make sure I won’t regret to cut too short. Actually , this is the first time the hairstylist explained my hair quality and keep patiently confirming with me.

Very unprofessional experience. I came in for a simple haircut, but the stylist was visibly impatient and unfriendly. Because English is not my first language, I felt disrespected instead of helped. I paid for the service but did not tip, because tipping is for good service—and this was not it. Management should seriously address attitude and professionalism. Customers should not be treated differently because of a language barrier.

Serena is great! She cut my hair again today and listened carefully to what I wanted! She is a real treasure! Sure hope you make it worth her while to stay at Supercuts!!!
