I have known Debbie for more than 10 years and have moved to different places. But I keep coming back simply because she is really good on what she does. Costs of services are very affordable and reasonable. And she's also a very nice human being.

I’ve been going to Salon Rumors and getting my hair cut by Debbie for the past few months. I would highly recommend. Debbie is always patient when listening to what I want, and brilliantly inputs her expertise when I’m not sure about certain things. Would highly recommend!

So the haircut was $20 and all I can say is that it is not worth it. The place overall looks like it's falling apart from some corners, to the point it kinda looks sketchy. The attention to detail is zero to none. I appreciate they took me in but it's way overpriced. There was no receipt given, and their card machine is broken. Save yourself those $20.

I drive up from San Diego for 2 hours just to come here. No other place is as consistent and high quality as the stylists here. Highly recommend.
