I scheduled appointments for my daughter, who is seven years old, my mother, and myself to receive a shampoo, conditioning treatment, and haircut. The two stylists were exceptionally friendly and kind. My mother was very pleased with her haircut and the suggestions offered by her stylist. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed the experience and was delighted with her new haircut. I also had a very pleasant experience and was extremely happy with the outcome of my haircut. Both stylists were truly amazing! I only regret not having remembered their names.

I checked online to see if there was a wait and if I needed to schedule a check in time. There was a 40 minute wait so I did the next available check in. I got there about 5 minutes early there was no one in the store except the two stylist. I approached the desk was asked if I had a reservation. I said yes I did a check in for now. She asks my name verifies I do have a check in. Pulls up my information and giggles, she then points to something for her coworker worker to see. I try to not make to much of it, I was trained to watch faces for tells. I told myself it was probably just a funny typo, but it didn’t feel right. I get to the chair and she is chatty at first then goes quiet. The haircut is ok, it was a bare minimum. I paid and left still no one else in the store. My total t

03/01/26 Today I went to get a nice haircut and the Chinese lady (tina) I think that was her name.......that I had today did do a nice job on my hair but wasn't nice to me at all or had manners, we barely talk and didn't asked nicely to put up or down of my head (I have spina bifida+ hydrocephalus means I have disabled but I can lol bit)..... I'm disabled and she didn't washed my hair cause she told me and my mom that for my type of hair didn't need it, her attitude was kinda felt like she didn't want to do it and I felt uncomfortable and weirdly vibes + she didn't smile onces..... cause I reviewed the last time and they didn't like it and they told my mom about it, I was just telling them how I felt . Tina from this shop does my son with Down Syndrome’s hair monthly and always does an excellent job! I used to go to a very high price salon, but the stylist here have made me make a change!

Supercuts offers a worthwhile and convenient service. The stylists are kind and professional. I've gone to them for years. I go there because they are reliable and I can depend upon them to do a decent haircut. It's also helpful to request the stylist your comfortable with. Overall good deal.
