Chloe is truly a gem! I have been a loyal customer since Ivory & Onyx opened in March, and every visit has been a great experience. Her studio, located at Portside Harbor in Ventura, is spotless, stylish, and incredibly relaxing. You can tell she put real intention into every detail. Chloe is professional, talented, and truly understands my vision, which is why I keep coming back. Her pedicures are especially relaxing and feel like a true moment of self care. She also offers a complimentary beverage, which is such a thoughtful and elevated touch. This is definitely an investment, but one that brings me so much joy. If you are looking for high quality nail care in a calm, beautiful setting, I highly recommend Ivory & Onyx.

I must say that they handled my complaint with humility and a genuine caring nature. They made the whole situation so comfortable for me to voice my concerns and went above and beyond to ensure that I would be a satisfied return customer. Love the polish selection!!!! Calm clean environment with a beautiful view. Technician took her time double checked her work . So happy to have found a place like this in Ventura likes private salon without the private salon rules and hassles . Could quality products not the traditional dirt cheap funky stuff . Can’t wait to got back and my nails are long again after having damage from a previous salon .

If you’re looking for a clean, high quality spa, look no further. I have tried several places in Ventura, Oxnard, & Camarillo and Ivory & Onyx is, by far, the best. The aesthetic inside is beautiful and serene. I have gotten my nails done here a few times now and all the technicians I’ve had were wonderful. It is so nice to not feel rushed through your appointment and feel like the technician is taking their time. I have been trying to figure out what I want for my bridal nails and Chloe has been so helpful from color selection to what service to book. This is the only place I will go to get my nails done now.

I have absolutely nothing critical or bad to say about this place. From my 1st contact of booking my appointment until the last coat of polish, it was a lovely experience. The young lady that did my fingernails, Mariah, did an EXCELLENT job! She's so friendly, gentle, and accommodating. Such a sweet soul. And Chloe is so sweet. Very professional. Even the other customers were friendly. The place is super clean and comfortable. Go ahead and spend the money. It's worth it.
