Danielle is the one who does our haircuts and she does an amazing job and such a sweet person. 💕

I consistently receive excellent service at this establishment. Typically, I do not have to wait an excessive amount of time to receive a fresh haircut. The stylists are friendly and consistently strive to provide the best possible service. They are all highly skilled and dedicated to their craft.

I've been to both New Hartford and Utica locations. Both are very professional, clean, and don't try to sell you anything unless asked. They have tv in the lobby area.

Cindy is the best ever. Fast, efficient, listens to you (but doesn’t let you get something unflattering)& very respectful & caring. A true professional at her job. My family loves her!!

I’ve given this place way too many chances and I’m finally done . I usually take my kids in for cuts . They never ask what you’d like done they just take the kid back you have to follow behind to explain & the cuts and styles are chop jobs and awful . I recently went in for my daughter to receive a trim and 2 braids . The woman did not even ask me what we wanted done I again had to explain we needed . She told me she can’t do braids ! She said she’d try but she can’t . How a hairdresser made it through cosmetology school without basic braids is shocking . She proceeded to chop of her hair almost going into a mullet . I had to get up and tell her to stop and not even try a braid because I was not going to pay these prices for this level of work. Her hair was ruined . The prices are the same
