Sam was such an amazing stylist!! Her personality is spunky, upbeat, and such a joy to be around. 10/10 recommend!! My hair turned out absolutely amazing, and literally looks like the photos. The salon I was such an amazing experience. I haven’t been to salon in over 5 years and this was such a pleasurable experience!

Honestly I’ve been holding off writing this because i try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt. But it’s been a month and I’ve just realizing how bad this haircut was. I came in for my birthday, just really wanted to feel pretty I left crying because of how terrible it was. Not only the cut but just how the stylist was getting frustrated with me for having to take my glasses on and off to see the mirror she wouldn’t do layers on my hair I have wavy hair and being in one layer makes it just puffy I explained that and she just don’t care. Gave side eye to the other stylist when me and my friend mentioned that we both had blue collar jobs. AMAZING ! Parker hands down did her thing ! My hair is down to my butt & very thick . I wanted platinum highlights . Made me feel so comfortable. I don’t ever get my hair done so for me it was definitely a big deal. Words can’t really express how amazing she is you just gotta book & see for yourself😊 & shout out to all the wonderful ladies who made me feel very comfortable🫶🏻. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! 💯💯💯

Samantha made my experience there special. After years of trying in vain to find a new salon, I found my place. Thank you so much to everyone for making me feel comfortable and welcomed. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a fresh start in your hair journey.

We are new customers to Grateful Head and are thrilled with the establishment! We were greeted pleasantly by Parker and welcomed into the warm and friendly establishment. My daughter is dying her hair for the first time and had tons of questions which were answered patiently and with clarity! Her hair turned out beautiful and our experience was delightful! Definitely plan on making this our place!!
