Supercuts

I would like someone from management to reach out to me. The salon has great people that work there, however when a 52 yr old woman tells the person that is CUTTING their hair, how it lays and such.... You should listen. The person who did my hair did not listen and at the end realized, "Oh, you were right". She did a great job on the color. No complaints there and that's the reason for the 3 stars. Which color can be fixed, a short haircut can not be until it grows out (or it gets cut shorter to even up). I even told this person that I did not want my neck so short that it has to be shaved. Well it was shaved. I was so tired from working a double shift that I didn't have the energy to say anything & I'm not one that will show out in front of other customers & employees. I came in to the salon one day before I left for my birthday cruise. The reason for me coming in was because I ended up going the day before to the other salon on tennessee street asked for caramel highlights and came out looking a hot mess. Barbie got me back together. I was able to leave that sunday confident knowing my hair looked amazing. Mind you I had to repay for my hair to be corrected because the manager was not in but I would have done it again because I was not walking around with orange hair. I definitely will be going back to Barbie for my highlighting needs. The way that these ladies made me feel was amazing. I went in almost in tears and left out with a smile. There's no price on being able to feel comfortable..

What a great experience! I normally make an appointment but I didn't have one today. Walked in. Sat right down. I left with a wonderful cut (thank you Carma!!) and a boost of confidence. I appreciate you being there and taking care of me every time.

My stylist Lynette never disappoints. Great style. She took time to work my head to give it a great look, just what I was looking for. Great conversation and laughs along the way too. Thanks Lynette. See you again!

Carma was absolutely fantastic! My hair had not been cut for 5 years until my daughter insisted she could just clean up the ends… a few inches gone, Carma was able to save length while removing the 90 degree angle that was the back of my hair. Thanks
