Krista very helpful in assisting me to sign in. I showed her a picture of how I wanted my haircut. Her reply, "Oh sure" and she did an outstanding haircut cut. I am enjoying my haircut that Krista did.

Wait time was conveniently short, thanks to the 'check-in' feature on the website. Service was friendly, gentle, and prompt. My stylist was Stacey, and she did a wonderful job! I asked for a trim and layers, and that's exactly what I got! Was very pleased with final outcome! Would go there again!

I asked the price for haircut and blow dry and was quoted one price. Then when I went to pay, I was charged $20 more. I handed her a $100 bill and then she says the price was $65!!. I stated that was not the price I was given by her and she said that was the price now . It was a simple trim and blow dry. My daughters hair was not cut even and she had to fix it herself after we got home. The stylist Amy made several rude comments to my daughter as well. We will not be returning. I do not suggest this store to anyone for any services! 😡

I rate this place five stars because not only was it a super great price but my hair dresser Kalissa was super welcoming and easy to talk with. She did a really good stacked bob on my hair and it looks great. Thank you for the experience 😌🙏
