The staff is very knowledgeable, sweet, and understanding. If you don't know what you want they will guide you to the care you need. The shop in the lobby is also a great way to take care of yourself at home too. Absolutely would recommend and will be going back!

Ive gotten 2 pregnancy massages from Dakota and she killed it both times. I highly recommend her! I was nervous the first time but shes very chill and so nice. She definitely knows what pregnant women need in terms of the massage, it helps my mobility and my ability to relax so much! I highly recommend her!

I went for the ion detox With Cassie ! She's amazing very personable and if you haven't got the ion detox I highly recommend getting one done for it makes you feel so much better getting those unwanted toxins out of your body.

Dakota is amazing at her profession! The entire atmosphere of the Palms is so calming and peaceful. Everyone there is friendly and ready to help anyone that comes in!

I am so impressed with this professional Massage and Wellness clinic. I searched far and wide for a massage clinic which was professional, knowledgeable, and therapeutic, when I finally looked in Tahlequah. Since finding Palms Massage and Wellness, a family member has received a 30 min deep tissue massage and I have received a 30 min neuromuscular massage. The family member had never received a massage and was nervous, yet was quickly put at ease due to the professionalism and patience shown. She received much relief and wants to go back. Personally, I have a health career background and have had massage therapy in the past. My own massage at Palms Massage and Wellness was professional, excellent, and very much addressed my problem areas. I received much relief and will be back soon, Lord
