Supercuts

Krystina was amazing! I’m always skeptical, going to places like Supercuts because usually my stepmom does my hair, but she made me feel comfortable right away! She gave suggestions on what to do with my hair but also listened to exactly what I wanted! She was also super friendly and easy to talk to while I was getting my hair done! My hair came out great and I will definitely be back!

Never ever ever have your hair colored at Supercuts! In December, I went in to have my hair colored and a week and a half afterwards it had faded, and at least an inch of grey roots were visible! The owner would do nothing about it and said if I paid $40 they would do it color it again. Why would I throw good money after bad?

I'm not sure this shop is even open. Google maps, and even their sign on the door lists hours, but lights out/nobody home. But I do get a nice haircut here, when they're open.

I’m convinced Supercuts doesn’t want my money. In the past I would come in as a walk in with no problem. The last time I came in I was turned away because I didn’t make an appointment. Now today I made an appointment, showed up on time and was told “I don’t know when I’ll be able to get to you”. After 20 minutes of waiting it was clear that I would not be able to get my son a haircut within the hour. The solution given was “would you like to come back tomorrow?”. What is the point of making a damn appointment!? So frustrating.

We went yesterday and what a bad experience. Overpriced $26 for a kids haircut. The worst haircut my son could have ever gotten. The lady had no idea what she was doing. She messed up his hair lines and didn't even ask us how we wanted it cut. Definitely not going back.
