Rosa is incredibly knowledgeable, sweet, and absolutely hilarious. She instantly puts you at ease, and her energy makes every appointment feel comfortable and enjoyable. She always takes the time to explain the process, what to expect, and how to care for your skin afterward. Her self care tips have made such a difference for me, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and their results. Rosa is the only person I trust for my waxes.
