Mona gave me the worst hair cut I have ever had. I asked for a simple trim and face framing, even showed a picture for reference. Instead, I had to leave the appointment with half of my hair cut because it was botched. I will not be returning.

Sophia works at the Redondo Beach location and is an amazing hairstylist. She is so professional, polite, and friendly. I was happy with my haircut and deep conditioning services. I highly recommend booking an appointment with her!

Absolutely cooked my shit asked this lady for a medium fade and showed a picture but did whatever and went all the way up snd said not to touch the top but instead cut the top too. I will never come again! Guess I just most of wanted a high and tight

Got a haircut today with Geri. She squeezed me in when she was the only one there giving haircuts and answering the phone. She did a great job multitasking while being extremely pleasant and friendly and gave me a very good haircut! Nice experience!

I went in for a haircut yesterday evening. While my hair was wet it looked great but as soon as I got home and dried it I realised how horrible it was. I asked for very long layers in my long bob and got short, choppy and blunt ones. I am 38 and I look like a 5 year old now. I went back this morning to have them fix it. Despite the ladies effort it's still horrible, she even admitted that the layers are way too short for my cut. And I discussed this with the first stylist that I wanted the longest layers possible. The first stylist just messed up with these short layers. Now they're blended but it looks like an old ladies cut. Also just a simple: sorry about that at the end. Zero empathy despite me almost crying there. Extremely disappointed in the first stylist and the overall attitude.
