Supercuts

I understand if you're going to run late, but at least have the courtesy to tell clients. People book appointments because they're on a schedule, not to sit and wait around while walk-ins are taken. I understand they arrived first and the stylists need to make everyone happy, but please explain the situation. If you had done so, I would have kindly rescheduled. Now I will not be returning.

Was great! Love the layer and the length, and she was really amazing with understanding how I wanted my hair. Also they are all so friendly in there!

I found it to be extremely unprofessional. I made an appointment with a stylist for 11:20 waited 30 minutes after my time slot and then have the stylist daughter walk-in and cut in front of you with her and her son. I found that to be extremely unprofessional. Complete lack of respect for individuals time. Avoid this location.

My wife had suggested to go here and recommended Kim. We went there, she introduced me and Kim has done a great job everything. Shes friendly, personable and very professional & knowledgeable. I highly recommend her.
