Had an amazing experience getting my hair done by Alyssa today! She nailed the cool blonde balayage I was going for - can’t remember a time when I loved my hair this much following an appointment. Alyssa was fun and easy to talk to. The salon location in Hope Artiste Village was adorable and super convenient with easy parking. Looking forward to my next appointment!

Shannon has been doing my hair for as long as I can remember. She is the most talented, professional, and kind human being. I often go into the salon not knowing if I want to change things up or not… Shannon always gives me her honest opinion and nails it every single time. She constantly impresses me with her knowledge of color, cutting techniques, products, and trends. I leave in awe after every appointment, feeling my absolute best! Darling is also probably the cutest salon you will ever walk in to. It has the most welcoming vibe - Shannon and Mackenzie have put so much time and effort into making it the most beautiful space. Nothing I type will truly express how much I love Darling Beauty Lounge. I have been going to Mackenzie for over 6 years for all of my hair care needs. She is one of the sweetest people you’ll ever meet, and when I say she takes my hair vision and makes it a reality every time, I am not over exaggerating. The consultation with Mackenzie is probably my favorite part of every visit. She listens, asks follow up questions, and is honest when it comes to the reality of what I want based on the current condition of my hair. She is great at explaining color theory and the techniques she’s using to get the results we’re looking for. Which allows me to relax, have a drink and/or snack, and trust the process. I have been going to Mackenzie for the last five years. And I have been loving every single service I’ve had since darling beauty lounge opened. She listens to all of my ideas for what I want to change about my hair (no matter how all over the place I am) and always makes them happen effortlessly.
