Joanne did a great job and was super friendly and I will definitely be back***UPDATE HORRIFYING once I got home and wore it down. How you could let someone leave like that speaks volumes. No matter how it lays it is butchered. And I tipped her 50 %! Never again. You get what you pay for and I should have know better but I am a busy mom and just needed a trim. Beware****Never contacted, offered a refund, or offer to fix it with another stylist. They don’t even answer the phone when you call. Moving on…. but the owner’s response is a completely false statement. ✌🏻you get what you pay for

Nice lady but terrible cut. Needed a quick cleanup for a trip so I asked for a a small trim and fade, but she ended up unevenly cutting way more than a quarter inch and left my sides with minimal length with basically no fade. She also ignored my request to leave bulk on the back and completely cut off months of growth to “even the cut out”. Contemplating if I should just wear a hat for the next few months or buzz my hair.

Absolutely amazing! Joanne is a rock star. I went in feeling really bad about how I was looking. She talked through everything with me and my hair turned out perfect! I will be seeing her every single time going forward.

Joanne was wonderful! She spent a lot of time making sure we chose just the right hair color for me. It was perfect! Then, she checked in with me multiple times to make sure she was cutting my hair according to my preferences. I’d highly recommend her to anyone!

Rebecca cut my hair last year very short after I lost a lot of hair from chemo. She did a great job and my hair grew out so nicely that I didn’t have to come back for a long time and it still looked great a year later. I came in today for a trim. Now that it is shoulder length and I want to grow it long, I’ll be coming back more often.
