Kaitlyn is AMAZING! She truly takes the time to listen to your concerns and goals, and her approach is so natural and thoughtful. I really love how she explains everything clearly and makes you feel completely comfortable throughout the process. The results are beautiful, subtle, and enhance my features without looking overdone. She’s incredibly kind, professional, and skilled.

Kaitlyn is literally king of the world. The whole staff there is!!!! Obsessed is an understatement- I’ve been with Kaitlyn for years now and would cross oceans for her! She is SO thoughtful, kind, patient and understanding! I’d had lips done elsewhere before and it was so painful. When I found Kaitlyn she took the time to sit with me & explain everything she was thinking and encouraged me to be more comfortable in my own skin. I feel so lucky to have found her! She always listens to what I want but adds a healthy dose of reality and comes up perfect! Not only does she advise on filler and Botox placement, she helps me with my skincare routines. She is thoughtful and kind as well, always listening to my needs, checking on me and talking me out of silly thoughts like ‘is my eyebrow crooked??

Went to see Zack today for facial balancing and I truly cannot say enough things about how wonderful he is and how great my experience was! First, the space is stunning and everyone from front desk to intake is so warm and kind. This was my first time getting injectables so I was pretty nervous, but Zack quickly put me at ease. He opened the visit by getting curious about my goals and then in great detail, explained what we would be doing today (and beyond) to achieve them. Throughout the entire visit we chatted about what was going on, what was coming next, and just life in general. Post-procedure, I am obsessed with my results—Zack is talented and skilled beyond belief and I feel so fortunate to be his patient. Run, do not walk to see him!
