Had a haircut about a week ago and hairdresser did not verify about how short and was difficult to understand and I ended up having too short of a haircut. Then she said I can come back to have gray blending done with dark brown color. I scheduled online as I was told and when I arrived earlier today for my appointment time, the other hairdresser was very quick to say they don’t do colors later in the day. I explained that I had an appointment and it was for gray blending. Then he said they don’t accept online appointments. Then he said he will only do only black color for my hair even though I told him that the other lady said dark brown color. I’m always hesitant to go to a stylists because I have thick wavy hair that’s hard to deal with. But Sandy was absolutely amazing! He knew exactly what to do & as just so nice the entire time! He even explained why certain bangs are cut the way they are!
