Olivia was awesome! Definitely will be back. She checked in with me about length all throughout and was so personable and pleasant to chat with. My hair came out great and exactly how I wanted. Definitely go see her!

Online booking service was straight forward. However upon arrival I had to wait over an hour to actually get my hair cut. Staff were good. But why not display wait times and list those waiting to provide an accurate service level? You can't book a timeslot only to miss it. Imagine if other companies did the same?

Online reviews said this place welcomed walk-ins. They do not! Took my mom there for just a simple haircut. They told her the latest would be 5 pm with appointment only. What BS! Is it because they consider themselves too hosh posh? It is a cramps up little mall that has a Panera and a hardware store among other stores! Will never go there again, ever! Very disappointed in their poor customer services skills! 😞

I went today at 11:00 a.m. to get my hair cut. The place was empty, but the employee told me they had appointments. She looked at me hesitantly, as if she didn’t want to cut my hair. What made it worse is that she said the entire day was fully booked. I was upset by her behavior and the lack of professionalism.
